A Shopify store that works with your inventory and ERP
Registered Shopify Partner
For retailers and manufacturers who are done copying orders, stock and prices by hand. We build Shopify from scratch or migrate your existing store, and connect it to the systems you already work with. Store and integrations from one partner, not two.
The store is built, the work remains
Many stores look good and still create manual work. Orders travel into the inventory system by export. Stock levels drift apart. Someone maintains prices twice. Every return sets off a round of Excel.
The cause is rarely the store itself. It is the division of labour: one agency built the store, a second one handles the integrations, the existing provider looks after the ERP. Everyone owns their piece, nobody owns the whole. And in the end, someone at your company sits in between and copies data by hand.
Build, migrate or connect Shopify
Our answer to the division of labour: store and integrations are one responsibility with us, from the template to the inventory system. Where we start depends on where you stand.
One setup for B2B and B2C: separate price lists, customer groups with approval, custom payment and shipping rules. We plan the integrations to inventory and ERP from day one, instead of retrofitting them a year later. You start on a platform your team can maintain themselves, without needing a developer for every change.
From Shopware, Magento, WooCommerce, Joomla or a custom build to Shopify. We carry over products, customers and order history, and set up all redirects so your Google rankings survive the move. You switch platforms without starting over on visibility and data.
If Shopify is already live, we leave the store as it is. We connect it to inventory, ERP, CRM, fulfilment and reporting. Orders, stock, prices and customer data flow automatically in both directions, and we keep operating the connections after go-live. Nobody copies data by hand anymore, and your numbers agree in one place.
Connected from day one
Throughout this complex project, Konekto kept surprising us with solutions that are both brilliant in their architecture and simple and efficient in daily use. Everything ran smoothly up to launch day and beyond. I am thoroughly delighted and look forward to every future collaboration with this team, which is outstanding both professionally and personally. We implement the legal requirements for the German market, from mandatory notices to cookie consent, before the store goes live. So the first feedback after launch is not a cease-and-desist letter.
Shopify can be more than the store: price lists for dealers, order portals, customer accounts with approval. We will also tell you where Shopify is not the answer.
We build the store template on your existing brand: colours, fonts, logo, imagery. You do not need a second agency for that. We do not create new brand identities ourselves. For that, we have a good network of design agencies and will recommend one that fits.

Book 30 minutesFrequently asked questions
Our ERP is a special case.
It usually is, and none of our previous integrations were standard either. In the first call, we start by clarifying which interface your system offers. If there is none, we tell you before you spend money.
Someone already maintains our integrations.
Then it stays that way, if that is what you want. In one live project, the existing partner still maintains the interface today. We work with your provider instead of replacing them.
Do we still need an agency for design?
Not for implementing your existing brand in the store, that is part of the project. If you want to develop a new brand identity with positioning and imagery, we will recommend a design agency from our network and work alongside them.
B2B and B2C, does that work in one store?
Yes. Separate price lists, customer groups with approval, custom payment and shipping rules. We have built it twice.
Do we own the store?
Yes. Store, code and access run on your accounts. You can continue with someone else at any time.
How does a proposal come about?
First the call, then an assessment of your systems and data, then a proposal with a fixed scope and timeline. No proposal without the assessment, because otherwise we would be guessing what your interfaces can do.
Shopify in daily operations
Setting up our store was never the problem. It got complex with the integration: no off-the-shelf solution could map how our store, warehouse, dealer portal and ERP work together. konekto built targeted solutions for that. Each one covers a specific process, from splitting orders across several warehouses to pre-order bulk orders. When one of our processes changes, we adapt the solution together. Shopify is no longer an isolated system for us, but a fixed part of our daily operations. Who we are not a fit for
- You are looking for a pure design project with no systems behind it. For that, we are happy to recommend an agency from our network.
- You are looking for developers by the hour for an existing team.
- You are looking for someone to run ads, SEO or content.
Then others are the better partners, and we will tell you so in the first call.
The 30-minute promise
The first call costs nothing, takes 30 minutes and ends with a clear assessment.
Even if that assessment is: Shopify is not the right fit here, or this can be solved with what you already have. We can afford that, because a project that does not fit costs us more than one that gets called off.
What happens after the click
You tell us where you stand. We tell you whether we fit.
We look at your systems, data and interfaces.
Scope, order, timeline, price. In writing.
You see a result after every stage, not only at the end.
We stay available, even when nobody is building anything at the moment.
Tell us where your store creates work today
30 minutes, no slide deck, a clear assessment. We reply within two working days.
